2. Service Description

Rebel Savings provides pricing, inventory, and deal-related information sourced from third-party retailers. This information is provided for reference purposes only.

We do not sell products directly, process transactions, or control retailer pricing, inventory, or policies. Rebel Savings is not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers or brands listed unless explicitly stated.

3. Accuracy and Availability Disclaimer

Important: Pricing, availability, and inventory data displayed on this site may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable. Retail data can change rapidly and may contain errors.

You should always verify pricing, availability, and purchase terms directly with the retailer before making any purchase decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying all information before making purchasing or travel decisions.
• You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully.
• You will not attempt to scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or misuse site data, systems, or infrastructure.
• You understand that clearance deals, penny items, and similar promotions may be subject to individual store policies and employee discretion.

5. User Accounts

Rebel Savings offers optional free user accounts. Accounts are not required to use any core feature of the site.

• Accounts are free. No credit card, subscription, or password is required.
• Sign-in is handled via magic link — we send a one-time link to your email address. Your email is the only personal information we collect.
• You may only maintain one account per person.
• Signed-in users have their saved deals synced to our database so they are accessible across devices.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including circumventing usage limits or automated access.

6. Price Drop Alerts

Signed-in users may opt in to email alerts for individual saved deals. When a deal's discount improves by 5 or more percentage points, we will send you an email notification.

• Alerts are best-effort and not guaranteed. Delivery depends on third-party email infrastructure and factors outside our control. We are not liable for missed, delayed, or undelivered alerts.
• Deal prices and availability can change at any time. An alert does not guarantee that a deal will still be available or at the stated price when you act on it.
• You can disable alerts for individual deals or turn off all alerts at any time without deleting your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend alert access for accounts that appear to be abusing the alert system (for example, mass-saving items solely to generate high volumes of alert emails).

7. No Guarantee of Availability or Results

We do not guarantee that any product, price, deal, or promotion listed on the site will be available, honored, or purchasable. Retailers may change prices, inventory, or policies at any time without notice.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Rebel Savings participates in affiliate marketing programs, including Sovrn //Commerce (formerly VigLink). Some outbound links may be monetized, and we may earn a commission when you click a link or make a qualifying purchase.

• Commissions are paid by the retailer or affiliate network, at no additional cost to you.
• Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals or data are displayed.
• Use of the site constitutes acknowledgment that some links may be affiliate links.

9. Third-Party Advertisements

The website displays advertisements served by third-party advertising partners. These advertisements help fund the operation of the service.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements or advertisers. Your interactions with advertisements are governed by the policies of the respective advertisers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebel Savings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from incorrect pricing information, unavailable products, wasted travel, missed opportunities, or reliance on displayed data.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content, design, data presentation, and software are the property of Rebel Savings or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
